To be eligible for The Ohio Education Foundation Scholarship 2024, applicants must be graduating from high school and be enrolled or continuing full-time enrollment in college, university, or trade school for the upcoming fall semester; a resident of Hamilton County; and an American citizen or Permanent Resident. In addition, applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a 2.5 GPA. The dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
The #EducationOhio Scholarship requirements:
- Proof of Acceptance/Attendance
- A scholarship application cover letter
- Submit Student Aid Report (SAR) to show FAFSA
- Must pass scholarship committee interview process
- Attend Student/Parent Celebration Dinner if selected.
Renewal Applicants: If you received the #EducationOhio scholarship last year, you are eligible to apply to renew.***
- Be an Ohio resident
- Attend an Ohio Trade School, College, or University full-time*
- Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 (4.0 scale)
- Participate in The Ohio Education Foundation College Mentoring Program.
- Family income must not exceed $60,000 annually. Applicants whose family income is higher than $60,000 will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.**
- Volunteer a minimum of 8 hours with The Ohio Education Foundation in the calendar year.
