Ohio Impact Partners is an asset management company that supports CoNimby Foundations community development funds, and is responsible for the oversight of investments, which further the needs of the Foundation.
Ohio Impact Partners seeks to maintain a prudent and effective investment strategy that provides absolute returns to support current and future needs of the Foundation. We work to establish and appropriate risk-adjusted asset allocation and seek out long-term investments that will provide a continuing and stable funding source to support community development.
To accomplish this objective, OIP seeks to generate a market return that will exceed distributions, expenses, inflation, and fees. All returns including interest income, dividends, realized gains and unrealized gains, are reinvested.
